Kylie McDaniel

Dr. Kylie McDaniel grew up in Katy, Texas. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tufts University alongside a Master of International Affairs, specializing in International Environment and Resource Policy.
Dr. McDaniel completed a rotating clinical internship in Small Animal and Zoological Medicine and Surgery at the University of Tennessee, where she treated a diverse range of patients—from chihuahuas and chinchillas to chimpanzees and cheetahs.
Before joining Panther Creek Pet Clinic, she served as a veterinarian at a chimpanzee sanctuary in Sierra Leone, Africa. Along with wildlife medicine and conservation, her professional passions include infectious disease research and strengthening global veterinary capacity.
When she’s not working, Dr. McDaniel enjoys road trips and hiking with her two perfect and adventurous cats.
