COVID-19 Phase II at Panther Creek Pet Clinic
We are very excited to announce that Panther Creek Pet Clinic will be re-opening to the public starting Monday, June 1st!
We will still be operating mostly curbside (as we have for the last six weeks) and we still ask that our clients continue to call us from their vehicles upon arrival.
We would like the opportunity to continue offering curbside service for the following:
- Medication and Food Pick-Ups
- Technician Visits
- Drop-Offs and Pick-Ups
- Upon Request
Don’t feel comfortable coming in? We are happy to continue all curbside services at your request!
We would like to begin inviting our clientele back into the clinic for their pet’s appointment with a veterinarian. In order for us to maintain proper sanitation and social-distancing, it is our goal is to get our veterinary appointments directly into a room as they enter the clinic’s doors.
We ask that our clients call us from the parking lot before entering to minimize the amount of people in our lobby. If you decide you would like to come into the clinic for your pet’s appointment, we also request that all clients entering the building wear facemasks.
You must wear a face mask in the building. As i'm sure you understand, due to the need to conserve our personal protective equipment (PPE) for surgeries as well as limiting our purchases to conserve supplies for the human medical industry we cannot provide you with a face mask. If you do not have a mask or do not have one when you arrive at the clinic, we request that your appointment with a veterinarian continues curbside.
We ask that only one person accompany your pet(s) into the clinic for their appointment.
We are excited for this next phase of our Covid-19 Protocol, and we encourage our clients and staff to continue being safety conscious.
We wish the best of health to you and your family during this time, and we look forward to seeing you and your pet soon!
Thank you,
The Doctors and Staff of Panther Creek Pet Clinic
